Resolved Issues
Resolved issues are those defects that have been fixed for the release.
Tracking ID | Description |
---|---|
DE25 | If more tags are ingested successfully, data is not returned if tag is queried. |
DE483 | Order of charts in an attached evidence picture is different from the order being saved. The workaround is to use the name of the chart to do the correlation. |
Limitations
Limitations are issues that document performance or system behaviors that may pertain to things such as the APM application, the operating system, or the browser.
Function | Limitation |
---|---|
Asset Ingestion | 250 assets with 500 tags per asset in a single ingestion. |
Data | The max data sampling for ingestion in APM cannot exceed 1K Hz. |
Known Issues
Known issues are those issues that are documented in the defect tracking system that affect this release, and may be fixed in a future release.
Tracking ID | Description |
---|---|
DE35 | When the name of a tag displayed in the tag search tool box is too long , the "+" icon can be used to add the tag to the chart overlaps on the tag name and potentially covering the last few letters of the tag name. |
DE43 | When saving an analysis template with tags, the tag display preference is not saved in the template. All the saved templates display the tags in the GE tag mode. |
DE56 | When adding a muted tag or tags to an analysis template and saving it , the muted state of the tag is not retained when the template is used subsequently. The workaround is to mute the tag or tags every time the template is used. |
DE88 | When updating a group type with a URI for a tag type that does not exist, then an inappropriate exception of 500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR is returned instead of 404 NOT FOUND. |
DE89 | When updating a tag group with a URI for a tag that does not exist, then an inappropriate exception of 500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR is returned instead of 404 NOT FOUND. |
DE90 | Asset ingestion only works by providing Zip file types. If other file types are provided the system still reports successfully, but the file will not be ingested. |
DE91 | Asset Query get services return data with longer response times. |
DE92 | When creating a new tag, the drop-down to select the tag class is not rendering correctly. The drop-down does allow users to select a tag class and does not restrict users from completing the creation of a tag. |
DE501 | Division operator is not supported for tag expression. |
DE506 | Tag expression feature does not support subtraction operation with tags that contain hyphen. |
DE1038 | When re-ingesting data with the same timestamp, but different quality and/or tag value with different data type, the data point is not being overwritten and duplicate data point is created for the same timestamp. |
DE1321 | Under certain high load circumstances when multiple users are all attempting to ingest assets at the same time, there is a possibility that the asset ingestion job will stall and the user should resubmit the job at a later time. During these circumstances it is recommended that users only ingest additional files after the first request is completed. |
DE1456 | In the API, when searching Asset or Tag Classifications the performance is impacted if a 'Contains' search is performed with less than three characters. The user should specify at least three characters, adding more if needed to obtain search results. |
DE1476 | In the user interface, when searching Asset or Tag Classifications the performance is impacted if a 'Contains' search is performed with less than three characters. The user needs to specify at least three characters, adding more if needed to obtain search results. |
DE1622 | When ingesting data for tags that have spaces in their names, ingestion completed successfully. However, when querying the data for the same tag, all spaces are removed from the tag name and service returns no data. |
DE1667 | When performing [Multiasset][tag+child asset search] tag search, results appear multiple times. |
DE1680 | When a user has more than one permission set & Asset assignment, deactivating a permission set for that user causes the asset display error for the deactivated permission set on the user's My Profile page. |
DE1811 | Tag unmapping is not working properly. |
DE1834 | The load more button does not appear under circumstances when more than 250 of the item exist. |
DE1863 | Cosmetic Error will be shown on the console due to the http proxy used by RasGas. This defect should not impact functionality . |
