Resolved Issues

No resolved issues for this release.

Limitations

Limitations are issues that document performance or system behaviors that may pertain to things such as the APM application, the operating system, or the browser.

FunctionLimitation
AnalysisCannot add Event Data Analysis Templates to Alert Templates.
Time SeriesThe APM Timeseries service restricts users to GET more than forty (40) tags per query to avoid potential overload. If a user tries to get more than 40 tags in single query, then they would see the following 400 Bad Request error message APM Timeseries service can only support up to 40 tags per query. Please reduce the number of tags and try again. If they see this error they should simply reduce the number of tags per query to the allowed limit.

Known Issues

Known issues are those issues that are documented in the defect tracking system that affect this release, and may be fixed in a future release.

Tracking IDModuleDescription
DE36442AnalysisUsers cannot mute and unmute the shared tag expression filter.

Workaround: Change the filter value after template is loaded and then share the same with another template.

DE36437AnalysisUsers cannot see the applied filter values in the saved template when shared from another template.

Workaround: Change the filter value after template is loaded and then share the same with another template.

DE36345DashboardIf there are less than three data points, then the user sees the message Configure Tags. This is a known issue and will be fixed in a future release.
DE36017AnalysisUsers will see the navigator bar not starting from initial position on time series chart navigator. This has no impact on navigator functionality.
DE35540APM Unified application A user was created with Asset and Timeseries permissions, and when that user logged in to the unified APM application, only the Asset page appeared, without the left navigation pane or logout button.

Workaround: All permission sets must have the "MI Foundation User" permission. When a tenant administrator creates the permission set, the tenant admin must always check the box for "MI Foundation User". This permission enables users to see the unified APM UI.

DE34599AnalysisUsers can see a console error while loading analysis page or interacting within analysis. This does not affect the functionality of the module.
