Gauge Bar Properties

Field Name Description
Input Value See Set Up Data Binding for Widgets

When manually configuring the data source, make sure that the first output field is always set as a 'value' and the second output field as a 'string.' This structure is essential for the proper functioning of the widget.

For example, in a Bar Gauge, you might set the first output field to 75 (value) and the second output field to Temperature (string).

Minimum Value Sets the minimum scale value.
Maximum Value Sets the maximum scale value.
Use Raw Format Select the check box to display numbers in raw format.

For example, a numeric value with 5 or more decimal places is shown as it is, and not rounded off.

Number of decimals This option appears if you do not want to display numbers in raw format.

In that case, enter the decimal places (0-7) to consider after the decimal point to format large numbers. Based on the decimals, the value is rounded off to the nearest whole number.

Palette Provides a list of built-in themes that help apply consistent color schemes across widgets, allowing you to quickly customize their look. Each theme comes with its own set of unique colors, defining the visual appearance of the widget.
  • Selecting a Theme: Choose a theme from the dropdown list to apply a color scheme to your widget.
  • Example: If you are aiming for a light, airy design, you can choose the Pastel palette.
Note:
This feature is currently available only for a select few widgets.
Show Legend Select the check box to display a legend on the Bar Gauge.
After enabling the legend, you can choose how the information is displayed:
  • Series Name: Shoes only the name of each series (e.g., 'Sales', 'Profit').
  • Series Value: Displays only the values of each series (e.g., numerical data).
  • Both: Displays both the series name and the series value for more detailed information.
Angles
  • Start Angle: Defines the point on the circumference of the gauge at which the bar will begin to appear in displaying the input value.
  • End Angle: Defines the point on the circumference of the gauge at which the bar will complete its appearance in displaying the input value.
Show Label Select the check box to display a label name, if provided.
Show Animation Select the check box to display animation.
Hidden Select this check box if you want to hide the widget. To show the hidden widget in Operations Hub new layout, go to Page Visuals and under Action column, select for the hidden widget. See Page Visuals Tab.
