MONTERREY, N.L., MEXICO, October 4, 2021 — GE-Prolec Transformers, Inc. (together with its affiliates, “Prolec GE”), a subsidiary of a 50/50 joint venture between GE Vernova (NYSE: GEV) and Xignux, a Mexico-based private company, announced today it has completed the acquisition of SPX Corporation’s (NYSE: SPXC) SPX Transformer Solutions business.

Atlanta, GA, USA   October 27, 2022 — GE Vernova’s Grid Solutions and Power Conversion businesses (NYSE: GEV) have been selected by Baker Hughes, an energy technology company, to provide the high-voltage (HV) equipment and the energy management system (EMS) to support Venture Global LNG’s Plaquemines liquefied natural gas (LNG) export facility in Louisiana.
