Members of the GE Energy Consulting team hosted "Experiences on the path to 100% carbon-free systems" Workshop at the New York Independent System Operator (NYISO) on Thursday, December 5, 2019.
Sheila Manz, Gene Hinkle, Jason MacDowell and Wes Hall from GE Energy Consulting and Nick Miller from Hickory Ledge shared local, regional and global insights, best practices, and study work experiences toward the path to 100% carbon-free systems with industy colleagues and partners at NYISO during this full day educational session. The workshop also focused on key components and factors to consider with system stability, system balancing, planning and market forecasts.
