MMLG/MMLB
Designed as part of the Midos range, these test blocks offer facilities for monitoring and secondary injection testing of any power system protection scheme when used with the multi-fingered test plug type MMLB 01.
P990 Series
The P991 Test Block, designed as part of the MiCOM range, offers safe and configurable facilities for monitoring and secondary injection testing in any power system protection scheme when used with the P992 multi-finger Test Plug. A single-finger test plug is also available (type P993) that provides a safe and isolated means solely for the verification of CT circuits.
PK-2 Test Blocks and Plugs
Type PK-2 test blocks are essentially 4-pole and 6-pole jacks, provided with molded Textolite covers that have internal plug contacts, which make a through connection when the cover is in place. The contacts in the blocks are of the line- pressure type and provide positive contact with minimum contact resistance. For all current circuits, auxiliary contacts are used which automatically short circuit the current transformer when the cover, or plug is removed.
XCA Test Probes and Plugs
Three different XCA test plugs are available to provide an easy means of testing C-case drawout relays without removing them from their cases.
XLA Test Plugs for Drawout Relays
The test plug provides a quick and easy means of testing drawout case relays or meters without removing them from their cases. The test plug is substituted for the regular connecting plug and there is nothing to disconnect. The XLA12A enables power to be applied to the relay from either a separate source or the source that feeds the equipment. The XLA13A can only be used when a separate source of power is available.
XLB Test Block Panels
The XLB Test Block Panel is designed for use with GE Vernova relays that do not have test facilities; an example being the model of the DLP digital distance relay without test facilities. The Test Blocks used in this test panel utilizes the same design features used in the drawout type construction of GE Vernova component relays. The standard test plugs used in testing component relays may also be used to test relays connected to the XLB test panel, such as the XLA12A or XLA13A test plugs.
XRT Electromechanical Relay Tool Kit
Model No. XRT12A covers a set of relay tools contained in a flexible vinyl pouch. The set consists of 18 selected tools, of suitable variety, for the proper maintenance of General Electric relays. Individual tools are described in the brochure.
XTC10A Test Panel
The Type XTC10A Ac test panel is designed to allow an operator to check the operation of a current differential relay (DLS). This 7-inch (four rack units high) test panel, designed to mount in a standard 19-inch rack includes a variable voltage supply, a current reactor, trip test and relay status lamps, a six position relay test switch, an XLB connection plug, and a push to trip push button
XTM Test Plugs and Card Extenders
The XTM test plug is available for testing modular type relays. The connection plugs can be removed from the modular relay, and the XTM test plug can be inserted for current injection testing and input/output access. The modular relays have two connection plugs and require two test plugs, one right-hand test plug and one left-hand test plug. The handle of the test plug may be pulled out and turned to the right for easy access to connection points.
Portable Test Rectifier
The test rectifier consists of a medium power silicon rectifier mounted on an appropriate heat sink in a small molded case. Connections to the terminals at each end of the case may be made by clamping leads or terminal under the molded thumb nuts, or by clipping the leads directly to the hexagonal portion of the terminal. A half wave rectifier symbol is shown on the nameplate of facilitate proper choice of DC meter connections.
RTT Desktop Test Set
The RTT Desktop Test Set is the ideal tool for engineers, technicians, consultants, and integrators that use relays, power meters, and PLC's on a regular basis. With the ability to provide single phase voltage and current, drive digital inputs, and control RTD's, the RTT is the ideal tool for providing hands-on training of power system devices or testing and validating the configuration of Relays, Meters and Programmable Logic Controllers.
Tripping and Blocking Rectifiers
The medium-current rectifiers with necessary "heat sinks" (for heat dissipation) and surge capacitors, are mounted in a molded case with provision for surface mounting or mounting on the back of any GE Vernova drawout relay case for switchgear applications. It is available with a single rectifier or with double rectifiers. Both side include mounting plate.

EB-25/26/27 Terminal Boards
The EB-25, -26, and -27 terminal blocks are molded one piece design available in 4, 6, and 12 points. They are furnished with washer-less head binding screws (#10-32) for circuit wire connections. The blocks are supplied with a black marking strip with white numbers on one side, and white unmarked on the reverse side for circuit identification. To mount the terminal block, drill for a No. 10 screw. The board will accommodate No. 18 to No. 10 inclusive wire sizes.
EB-1/2/4 Terminal Boards
The EB-1 is a one piece molded terminal board. Each is equipped with binding screws for circuit wire connections and a white marking strip for circuit identification. The EB-2 is of the same basic construction and dimensions as the EB-I except that clamp (pressure) type connectors are furnished for circuit wire connections. Both the EB-1 and EB-2 will accommodate wires up to and including Number 4.
ET-16/17 Indicating Lamps
The ET-16 (Incandescent) and ET-17 (Neon) indicating lamps are designed for application on switchboard panels up to and including 1/4-inch thickness. The lamps economize on space and permit easy replacement of bulb and resistor.
ET-16 Light Emitting Diodes
The ET-16 Light Emitting Diodes (LED's) are designed for application on control panels up to and including a 1/4 inch thickness. This assembly economizes on space and permits ease of replacement for bulbs and resistors.
