GE Vernova’s Grid Solutions was awarded a services contract by Edesur S.A. (Empresa Distribuidora Sur S.A.), part of Enel Argentina, to provide preventive maintenance and strategic spare parts for three key substations. Together, these substations supply power to over 500,000 homes and industries in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Morocco, February 10, 2021 – GE Vernova was awarded a contract to build two substations in the south of Morocco that will evacuate power from the Boujdour wind farm and other renewable energy projects to neighboring communities, as well as connect it to the national grid of Morocco. The project is owned and developed by ONEE (Moroccan public authority) and other private partners, and consists of a 300 MW wind farm.

Upon completion, Calcasieu Pass LNG is expected to have an export capacity of up to 10 million metric tons of LNG per year.
GE Vernova’s Grid Solutions is proud to announce that we have been awarded a contract to provide UK’s Northern Powergrid (NPg) with communications solutions as part of a large digital transformation project.
