Today, GE Vernova shared two important updates, both of which we will discuss during our extended 3Q earnings call.

First, we released our third quarter 2026 financial results. We delivered strong performance in the quarter, with robust orders, continued backlog growth, margin expansion, and significant cash generation. Given our strong results and momentum, we are increasing our 2026 financial guidance for revenue, adjusted EBITDA margin*, and free cash flow*.

Today, we released our second quarter 2026 financial results. We delivered strong performance in the quarter, with significant orders and backlog growth, margin expansion, and cash generation. Given our strong first half results and continued momentum, we are increasing our 2026 financial guidance for revenue and free cash flow*. We maintain our adjusted EBITDA margin* rate of 12%-14% which implies increased adjusted EBITDA* based on higher revenue guidance.

Today, we released our fourth quarter and full year 2025 financial results. We delivered strong performance in 2025, with significant orders and backlog growth, margin expansion, and cash generation. We increased our financial outlook, which now includes the Prolec GE acquisition, given the transaction is now expected to close on February 2, 2026.

This week, GE Vernova shared two important updates, both of which we will discuss on today’s call.

Yesterday, we announced that we will acquire the remaining fifty percent stake of Prolec GE, our joint venture with Xignux, for $5.275 billion. The transaction strengthens our company’s position as a global grid equipment leader through a highly attractive, accretive acquisition of a leading grid equipment supplier and is expected to close by mid-2026, subject to regulatory approvals.

Today, GE Vernova released its second quarter 2025 financial results. We had a strong quarter, with continued growth, margin expansion, increasing backlog, and positive cash flow. We are raising our 2025 financial guidance based on our strong first half execution and momentum in our Power and Electrification segments.
