Under Scott’s leadership, GE is working alongside customers to lead the energy transition and decarbonize the power sector while delivering dependable, reliable and affordable power to the planet’s biggest economies and its most remote communities.
Chief People Officer
Steven Baert is an experienced CHRO, Executive and Board Director. Steven gets credited for building strong executive teams and fit-for-purpose organizations. As CHRO, he has managed large scale Organizational Transformations and complex M&A people transactions. He’s considered to be a trendsetter in leadership and talent development, the future of work and culture change.
Chief Communications Officer
Kristin Carvell leads global communications and brand marketing at GE Vernova. She guides internal and external communications as well as development of brand content, campaigns and events. She provides communications counsel to the CEO and collaborates with leaders to position GE Vernova for success as it works to become a stand-alone company focused on leading the energy transition.
International Advocacy Leader
Heather Chalmers leads International Advocacy for GE Vernova, and is the President and Chief Executive Officer for GE Canada. Heather’s leadership supports the future of the energy transition and Canadian economy in addressing the climate crisis for sustainable, affordable, and reliable electricity in partnership with business and government leaders.
General Counsel
Rachel Gonzalez is General Counsel at GE Vernova. She leads the global law and policy organization, government affairs, and will serve as Corporate Secretary to GE Vernova’s Board of Directors. Rachel joined GE Vernova from Starbucks Coffee Corporation, where she recently served as General Counsel and handled legal and regulatory affairs, global security and data privacy, and ethics and compliance.

Amber holds dual roles as the Chief Compliance Officer and Global Head of Labor & Employment (“L&E”). As the Company’s CCO, Amber is responsible for developing and implementing a Corporate governance model that ensures appropriate processes and procedures are in place to maintain and strengthen GE’s integrity culture across all of the Company’s businesses and worldwide operations. In her L&E role, Amber is responsible for directing the Company’s labor and employment function, which involves ensuring the Company is in compliance with all global employment laws, overseeing the Company’s employment litigation, complying with GE’s obligations toward all employee representative bodies, and managing employment-related ombuds cases/investigations.
Vice President of Investor Relations
Michael Lapides is Vice President of Investor Relations for GE Vernova responsible for leading our investor relations team and communicating the vision and value of GE Vernova with shareholders and the financial community.
Chief Sustainability Officer
Roger Martella is GE's Chief Sustainability Officer. In his role, he is responsible for leading a comprehensive and cohesive approach to sustainability for GE as it relates to current issues and emerging trends in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG).
Chief Supply Chain Officer
Dan serves as GE Vernova’s Chief Supply Chain Officer, a role that will guide our businesses’ supply chains, sourcing, capital allocations, supply chain development, the Kaizen Promotion Office (KPO) for Lean, Quality, and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety). In this role, he will continue to drive our Lean transformation, establish our leadership operating cadences, and help operationalize our “Energy to Change the World” purpose through Hoshin Kanri, SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) culture, and managing for real results.
CEO, Power
María Victoria “Maví” Zingoni is CEO of GE Power, effective January 2023, as the company is working towards the planned spin of GE Vernova in early 2024. She will help the team continue to make progress financially across GE Power and partner with our customers to accelerate the global energy transition. Maví’s 24 years of experience in the energy sector will help identify opportunities that arise from today’s energy transition and directly support customers as they manage through decarbonization and electrification globally.
President & CEO, Gas Power
Eric is President & CEO of GE Gas Power, part of GE Vernova. Gas Power is a gas lifecycle organization focused on power producers and the technology, services, knowledge and insights they need to build, operate and maintain gas power generation plants. Under Eric’s leadership, Gas Power is well-positioned to lead the energy transition and decarbonize the power sector while delivering reliable and affordable power the world depends on.

Valérie Marjollet is the President & CEO of GE Steam Power.
President & CEO, GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy
Jay Wileman was named President and CEO of GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy (GEH) in November 2015. In this role, he is responsible for leading the nuclear business with 3,000 employees and manufacturing, service and sales facilities around the globe. He is also responsible for managing the joint venture between the General Electric Corp. (NYSE: GE) and Hitachi Corp.
CEO, Wind, President & CEO, Onshore Wind, Senior Vice President & CTO, GE
As senior vice president and chief technology officer for GE, Vic leads a global team of scientists and engineers who turn cutting edge research into impactful realities. He is at the helm of GE Research, guiding a diverse technology portfolio that’s changing the landscape for GE’s nine industries, U.S. government agencies, and several commercial and academic institutions. Vic also serves as acting chief executive officer for Onshore Wind where he leads collaboration, innovation, manufacturing, and servicing of GE’s onshore wind turbine offerings.
President & CEO, LM Wind Power
Olivier Fontan is the President and CEO of LM Wind Power a GE Renewable Energy business. LM Wind Power is a world leading designer and supplier of rotor blades for wind turbines. Olivier is a GE Company Officer. Prior to this new role, he was the Vice President of Global Supply Chain for GE Renewable Energy. In this position, he was looking after the entire supply chain, including Manufacturing and Sourcing, of this $10b business.
President & CEO, Offshore Wind
Jan Kjærsgaard is CEO of GE Renewable Energy’s Offshore Wind business. He has built a 20-year career in the wind sector with companies like Bonus Energy, Siemens Wind Power and Bladt, Kjærsgaard joined GE in June 2021 with a goal to continue scaling up its offshore wind business. Today, GE is established as a leading offshore wind equipment supplier with its Haliade-X platform, totaling 5.7 GW of commitment backlog.
President & CEO, Grid Solutions and Power Conversion
Philippe Piron is President & CEO of GE’s Grid Solutions and Power Conversion, two worldwide systems providers contributing to the electrification of the world. He is responsible for steering the companies' strategies and for continuing to develop the businesses across multiple energy-intensive industries, contributing to the decarbonization of their footprint and building the grids of the future, while driving commercial and operational excellence.

Scott Reese is the CEO of GE Digital, a $1 billion industrial software business that enables customers to accelerate the digital transformation of their operations by improving productivity, reliability, safety, and sustainability. Today, GE Digital serves the energy (electric utilities/grid operators, power generation, oil & gas), manufacturing, and aviation industries. Alongside customers, GE Digital is shaping and leading the energy transition by enabling decarbonization through software.

Nomi Ahmad is Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of GE Energy Financial Services (“GE EFS”), which operates within the GE Vernova portfolio of energy businesses. Nomi is responsible for leading GE EFS’ development, investment and financing activities in power and renewable energy projects, helping GE to deliver comprehensive and innovative customer solutions that accelerate the energy transition.

Matt leads advanced research across GE Vernova, forging partnerships with the 12 GE Vernova businesses, government agencies, commercial and academic institutions to deliver innovation & execute technical roadmaps to drive the energy transition. Under Matt’s leadership, Advanced Research at GE Vernova is delivering technical product & service differentiation for the three pillars of the energy transition: decarbonization, renewable acceleration and electrification.
