BROSSARD, CANADA (June 26, 2025) GE Vernova Inc. (NYSE: GEV) announced today that it has secured an order from Rio Tinto, one of Canada's largest private producers of hydroelectricity, for the upgrade of eight turbine-alternator units at the Isle Maligne hydropower plant in the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region of Quebec, Canada. The plant features twelve Francis hydropower units in total.

TORONTO (June 23, 2025) - GE Vernova Hitachi Nuclear Energy (GVH) today announced plans to establish a cutting-edge Canadian BWRX-300 Engineering and Service Centre in Durham region near the Ontario Power Generation (OPG) Darlington New Nuclear Project site.

The Company intends to invest up to $50M USD on the facility, pending further development and construction of three additional units at the Darlington New Nuclear Project site.

VADODARA, INDIA (June 6, 2025) – GE Vernova Inc. (NYSE: GEV) announced today that it has commissioned the first of four 250 megawatts (MW) variable speed units at THDC India Limited’s Tehri Pumped Storage Hydropower Plant, part of the Tehri Hydropower Complex. With this 1 gigawatt (GW) expansion, the complex will reach 2.4 GW of generating capacity and become India’s largest hydropower complex.

LONDON, United Kingdom (June 5, 2025) – GE Vernova (NYSE: GEV) today announced that Uniper signed a contractual service agreement to upgrade three GT26 gas turbine units powering Uniper’s Grain power station in Kent, UK. This GT26 High Efficiency (HE) upgrade is expected to increase efficiency and the power output, while supporting Uniper’s ambition to decarbonise its fleet by reducing carbon intensity (CO2 emissions per MW) at the plant.

RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA (May 28, 2025): GE Vernova (NYSE: GEV) today announced it has secured an order for five 7H-Class gas turbines - three 7HA.03 and two 7HA.02 units from Técnicas Reunidas and Orascom Construction (TR & ORASCOM CONSTRUCTION). The two companies have signed, under a 50-50 joint venture, the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract for Qurayyah Independent Power Plant (IPP) Expansion Project in the Eastern Province in Saudi Arabia).

Abu Dhabi, UAE (May 27, 2025) - The Emirates Nuclear Energy Company (ENEC) and GE Vernova Hitachi Nuclear Energy (GVH) have signed an MoU on the sidelines of the World Utilities Congress in Abu Dhabi, UAE, to jointly evaluate the deployment of the BWRX-300 Small Modular Reactor (SMR) technology internationally. The MoU enables ENEC and GE Vernova Hitachi to further cooperate following the signing of the MoU in 2023 on the sidelines of COP 28 to evaluate the technology as part of ENEC’s ADVANCE program for advanced nuclear technology.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (May 20, 2025) – Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) has submitted an application to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission to construct a GE Vernova Hitachi Nuclear Energy (GVH) BWRX-300 small modular reactor (SMR) at the Clinch River site in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. It is the first construction permit application for a BWRX-300 in the U.S.
