Rethinking nuclear services

Powering the next generation of nuclear

Our approach supports the BWRX-300 with a modern operating model built on standardization, connectivity, and cost efficiency. It is built on fleetwide processes, a standard digital foundation, integrated data and performance analytics, and streamlined O&M workflows. Helping to support informed decision-making, consistent execution, lean staffing, and more sustainable plant operations for the next generation of advanced reactors and their operators.

GE Vernova Hitachi offers a scalable, digitally enabled service model for the BWRX‑300 operations and maintenance. The service model is built on standardized processes and a shared digital architecture to control cost, maintain quality, and support reliable plant performance. Every element of our service model is classified into one of two categories: enabling fleet services or supporting fleet services. All enabling and support services are available at varying levels, letting owner-operators access enabling and support services at a level aligned to their operating experience and organizational needs.

Enabling fleet services Supporting fleet services
What’s included Maintenance strategy, configuration management, and equipment health capabilities built into the BWRX 300 operating model. Centralized OEM-led services covering engineering, training, work execution, digital tools, and organizational programs.
Fleet benefits Provides the foundation for support fleet services, enabling consistent execution, fleet-wide learning, and controlled operational risk through standardized digital services. Assists owner-operators commission, run, and sustain BWRX‑300 plants while reducing duplicated efforts across sites.
Staffing benefits Provides the foundation for lean on-site staffing through centralized, fleet-based support. Supports lean on-site staffing models and offers assistance for operators.
