What can a 7E AGP upgrade do for you?
AGP was engineered for customers who need a meaningful increase in output from their existing 7E, 7EA, and 7E.03 gas turbines. In addition to increasing megawatts, it improves heat rate and provides added exhaust energy for industrial applications such as LNG and cogeneration, without introducing additional maintenance impacts.
Hot gas path upgrades developed for performance
AGP focuses on the hot gas path and includes a series of material and configuration upgrades to improve performance.
- Shroud updates: S2S material change to SS310, reconfigured geometry, and improved seals
- Power nozzle updates: S2N material change to GTD 262, improved cooling, and laminate seals
- Bucket updates: Perimeter cooled S1B, S2B material change to GTD‑141+, seal pin enhancement, and improved dovetail sealing
Upgrade suite
7E gas turbine upgrades
AGP is one of three capacity upgrade solutions in the 7E upgrades suite, alongside the high output robust compressor (HORC) and the advanced radial diffuser (ARD). These modular upgrades can be combined to align with your performance goals, outage schedules, and capital plans.
