PGE ordered two GE Vernova 9HA gas turbines for its Dolna Odra power plant. When the facility goes live in 2023, its two high-efficiency/lower-emission turbines will help stabilize the regional grid—which relies on renewables—and is projected to curb CO2 emissions by an annual two to three million tons.
